Terms & Conditions
Both Registration fees and tuition fees are nonrefundable.
Deposit for all courses must be half of course tuition within the first month of classes. Payment plans are available to all.
EKG and Phlebotomist initial payment with registration fee of $50 total of $550 is required before starting courses, remaining balance of $650 is to paid within the first month which total $1,150. Remaining Balance of $1,150 is expected to be paid by the end of each course to receive all certificates which equals to full tuition of each course $2,300 within 2months of completing each courses.
PCT and MA’s are expected to complete a payment of $2,750 within the first month of classes and initial payment with registration fee of $50 plus $500 total $550 is expected before starting courses. Remaining balance of $1,650 is required to paid within initial time frame of that month which equals $2,750. Following the remaining two months of classes final payment of $2,750 is expected to be completed for all certificate of completion and National Certificate exams, total payment for each course is $5,500 within three months of each classes.
All payments are final, 1 time credit is due to those who wish to receive a one time restart of their course for no additional fee only of what their remaining balance of the course they’re registered in is totaling final course tuition. Full payment of each courses are expected to be paid to receive all certificates, and all courses requirements must be met and completed upon receiving your certificates.
Terms And Conditions of Cmedtraining Classes.
All students are required to be present on time of their daily class schedules. Classroom door will be closed 10 minutes after initial starting time of class. If for any reasons a student can’t attend their scheduled time please email, text and call to schedule for next class time within that day, no absences is permitted unless of an emergency due to the timeline of the training
sessions.

All students are required to be paired and trained on each other to complete all course’s requirements, Cmedtraining under any law circumstances is obligated to pay or responsible for any accidents or injuries doing so under the understanding and agreement of each students. All materials and procedures videos will be available before or doing classes before initial practices take place. please and kindly read power points and watch videos before attending to any hands on practice that may resolve to injuries. Kind reminder to always have your materials available, such as blood pressure cuffs etc…
Uniforms are to be worn at all times during classes and must be ironed and clean.
Footwear should be clean at all times. Cmedtraining is a professional and respectful medical Technical training course which expect professionalism in respectfulness towards all throughout the whole entire training process of completing the program, please be respectful and communicating in a professional manner to each other.
Uniform colors for each courses below:
EKG Technicians are expected to wear Baby ‘s Blue scrubs.
Phlebotomist Technicians are expected to wear Navy Blue scrubs.
Medical Assistants and Patient Care Technicians are both required to wear burgundy scrubs.
Class materials needed:
All Medical Assistant and Patient Care Technician students must purchase a standard blood pressure cuffs, and a pulse oximeter, and a stethoscope before starting classes.
Use of Phones:
All phones must be on silent mode, in case of an emergency you may step outside away from classroom door to talk, no texting or talking on the phone during class.
Break Times:
Within each class sessions there will be a 15 minutes breaks within each hour of class.
Absolutely no eating in class nor drinking, if drinking is needed only water is required anything other must wait for breaks.
